We do not use contracts at Unique Landscape Management unless a client desires a contract.
We believe our work speaks for itself and if you wish to cancel service with us, simply provide us a written notice, by mail, or email, within 30 days. If you wish to skip a service on your scheduled service day simply call or email prior to service.
NO SAME DAY SKIPS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
If there is any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us and will do our best to remedy the situation.
We must have complete access to all service area there will be no refund or discount issued due to locked gates Please leave service areas unlocked or supply a combination lock on your gates for your scheduled service days.
Please secure pets on your service day. If your pet is not secured, we will make every attempt to ensure your loved one not escape, but we cannot be held responsible for pets that do escape.
BAD WEATHER / RAINY DAY
If we are unable to service your property due to inclement weather conditions, we will adjust our schedule accordingly. We will not suspend at any given time due to inclement in weather conditions and NO reduction in monthly billing.
